When we clean your carpets we undertake a 9 stage process to ensure that we get your carpets back to a clean, fresh, hygienic and revitalised state.

We will move (within reason) all furniture which requires moving.

Carpets are then vacuumed using a Seebo Commercial vacuum cleaner. 70% of soils are extracted at this stage.

Spots and stains can now be treated, although some stains can also be treated after the extraction process.

Pre-Spray. A Pre-spray is now applied to the carpets - this breaks down soils within the carpet’s fibres.

Aggitation - The Prespray is now agitated deep into the fibres using a TM3 Contra rotating brush machine.This machine amazingly pulls out embedded "gunge" such as pet hairs.

Hot water extraction. Our Airflex Turbo extraction machine is now used to apply fine jets of hot solution into the fibres then immediately extracts the solution using powerful vacuums. This ensures that saturation doesn’t occur and leaves the carpet as dry as possible. It is this stage that also ensures that the more delicate fibres of certain carpets are left in a neutrally balanced PH state.

Drying. We then use a powerful air mover which is placed into the room - this can dramatically decrease drying times.

If appropriate the pile can now be groomed using a special brush.

Furniture is now replaced, care being taken to ensure that furniture which requires it is seated on foil blocks so that no dyes from the furniture can bleed into the newly cleaned carpets.
